Booking Instructions

If your pet currently has an urgent health condition, please read the instructions below, then schedule a tentative place in line.

When booking please select the reason that best describes your concerns. If a red alert appears please contact one of the emergency facilities listed on our website.

After scheduling your estimated arrival time, please complete our client info form HERE. THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

All payments are due at the time of service. We are cashless and checkless but do accept all major
credit and debit cards. We also accept Care Credit.

Please note booking times are expected arrival times NOT scheduled appointment times.

We do our best to keep on schedule, but times are subject to change dependent on current patient care needs. We will make every effort to keep you updated on any time changes.
