Veterinary Urgent Care

"Animal urgent care is becoming much harder to find. But I've been two different times to this urgent care, with two different cats. I returned a second time because my experience with my cat Moose's eye abrasion was SO positive.When my other cat, Kraken, needed care my first call was here. The care we received was even more impressive! Despite his name, Kraken is very scared at the vet. Megan did his intake and was quiet, gentle, and did half of the exam on the floor where he was most comfortable in his crate. She asked great questions to make sure she knew exactly what was going on with him, showing her care and knowledge.Dr. O'Keefe was equally as caring as she examined him - giving him small pets and kind words as she examined him. She was very thorough and knowledgeable from assessing tests needed, to diagnosis and the path forward. She made sure I had all the medications, dosing, and follow-up instructions for my regular vet.Josh came in to get us settled and further impressed me! Not only did he note that he went the extra mile to investigate a weird, unexplained blip on Kraken's bloodwork (easing my mind, as he found it was an actual blip!), but noted that his staff had given Kraken the most comfortable environment he could by having him be the only animal in the treatment area (having staff hold off bringing in a big dog that might scare him). He also went over the instructions thoroughly, making sure all was clear and every question I had was answered.You can tell this staff goes above to create a great environment for their patients, and the care is excellent.
