After a procedure at another area hospital, I became increasingly concerned about my dog Kliffy's recovery-but unfortunately, my concerns were dismissed by that hospital. Feeling helpless, I reached out to our primary vet (Clarendon Animal Care), who referred us here-and I'm so glad they did.When we arrived, I was a wreck. But the staff here met us with so much kindness and patience. They took my concerns seriously, were incredibly thorough in assessing Kliffy, and made sure he received the care (and some kisses) he truly needed. They administered medication that brought him immediate relief and-going above and beyond-coordinated with VCA Southpaws to ensure a smooth transfer for overnight care.I can't say thank you enough. These standards cover nearly every aspect of our hospital, including surgery, exam facilities, patient care, cleanliness, client service, emergency services, diagnostic imaging, and anesthesiology. Only 15% of animal hospitals in the United States and Canada are accredited by AAHA, which is recognized worldwide as the benchmark for quality care in veterinary medicine.
