They will ask you fill up your SSN before the appointment. It made me a little bit uncomfortable because I am a minority with an adopted Pitbull. The vet told me my dog had pneumonia but quickly dismissed it second day after consulting with a radiologist. However, my dog's symptoms lasted more than a month. I took her to a different emergency and the vet told me she indeed has pneumonia. But I still won't blame that vet, because she was right initially, just a bad radiologist.
